Personal data
1. The administrator of personal data is Hancock Training Tomasz Czyż, who processes personal data of users in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 29 August 1997 on the protection of personal data (consolidated text Journal of Laws of 2002, No. 101, item 926 of later amended) and the Act of 18 July 2002 on the provision of electronic services (Journal of Laws No. 144, item 1204, as amended).
2. Hancock Training Tomasz Czyż processes personal data only for technical purposes and for the purpose of concluding, changing or terminating the contract with the user, as well as ensuring the highest quality of services provided.
3. Hancock Training Tomasz Czyż provides to all persons whose data he processes in any scope, the exercise of rights resulting from the Act of 29 August 1997 on the protection of personal data, in particular the right to inspect their own data, the right to request change and deletion of data and the right to bring objection in cases specified in the provisions of the above-mentioned Act. Hancock Training Tomasz Czyż collects personal data in accordance with applicable law and accepted standards.

Transmission of information
1. Hancock Training Tomasz Czyż assures that he does not transmit any data to any unauthorized persons. Hancock Training Tomasz Czyż provides user data only to entities authorized on the basis of generally applicable laws.
2. Hancock Training Tomasz Czyż reserves the right to send users information regarding the operation and functionality of the Website. Each of the Service Users has the right to stipulate that they do not agree to receive the information from Hancock Training Tomasz Czyż.
3. All information considered in accordance with the Act on the provision of electronic services as commercial information, may be sent to users only with their consent, in accordance with art. 10 of the Act of 18 July 2002 on the provision of electronic services (Journal of Laws of 2002, No. 144, item 1204, as amended).
Cookies policy and other similar technologies
1. In connection with the sharing of content, the training.pl website, which is owned by Hancock Training Tomasz Czyż, applies the so-called cookies, i.e. information saved by servers on the user’s end device, which servers can read every time this terminal device is connected, may also use other technologies with functions similar or identical to cookies. In this document, cookie information applies also to other similar technologies used within the szkolenia.pl website. Cookies (so-called cookies) are IT data, in particular text files, which are stored in the final device of the user of the training.pl website.
